All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

We know you're excited to receive your new straps, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During major sales or exceptionally busy periods, however, processing may take a little longer.

Orders are normally shipped on weekdays, but when things get busy, we sometimes pack and dispatch orders on weekends too.

Please note that our estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched.

All shipping options marked "Tracked" include a tracking number.

Our Standard Shipping – Untracked option does not include customer-facing, end-to-end tracking. However, these shipments still carry a logistics barcode that allows us to follow certain parts of their journey through the international postal network.

If you've selected a tracked shipping service, we'll email you a tracking number and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for your tracking information to become active. Depending on the carrier and destination, the first update may take 1–24 hours to appear.

Our Express Shipping – Tracked costs between $6.95 and $9.95 for orders under $50 and is free on orders over $50 to most destinations.

We also offer DHL Express to many countries if you'd like an even faster delivery option.

Most postal shipments arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after dispatch, although delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs processing, local postal networks, public holidays, and other unexpected circumstances can occasionally cause delays.

Our estimated delivery times are shown in business days, starting from the day your order is dispatched. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your parcel enters the postal or courier network, its journey is managed by the relevant carriers, local postal services, and, where applicable, customs authorities. As these operate independently of CNS Watch Bands, we're unfortunately unable to control or speed up their processing times.

Don't worry! A short pause in tracking updates is quite normal and doesn't necessarily mean your parcel has stopped moving.

After we create your shipping label, it can take 1–24 hours for the parcel to receive its first carrier scan. Tracking updates may also pause while your shipment travels between countries, is transferred between postal networks, or goes through customs.

During busy periods and around local public holidays, updates can take a little longer than usual. Please give the tracking system a little time to catch up.

We know how frustrating it can be when you're eagerly waiting for a parcel that hasn't arrived yet. The good news is that most international shipments arrive safely, even if they occasionally take a little longer than expected.

We work with reliable shipping services that offer fast delivery at reasonable prices, and we do our best to get every order on its way promptly. However, once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we're unfortunately unable to speed up its journey.

Our postal shipping options include:

These services begin their journey with Deutsche Post or PostNord before being handed over to the local postal service in your destination country for final delivery.

Once your parcel is in the postal network, its delivery is managed by the carriers and, where applicable, customs authorities. As these operate independently of CNS Watch Bands, we cannot instruct them to prioritize or expedite individual shipments.

If your tracked parcel appears to be delayed, we recommend contacting your local postal service, as they may be able to provide more information or assist with a shipment in their possession.

DHL Express shipments can occasionally experience similar delays. If your order was shipped with DHL Express, please contact DHL Express directly for assistance with tracking or delivery-related questions.

Yes, of course! If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Packages are most commonly returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because they weren't collected from the local postal service in time.

International returns to Sweden can take a while, as return shipments are generally not sent by express service.

As soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we'll contact you by email to confirm your delivery details and help arrange a new shipment.

Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation by email.

If you've selected a tracked shipping service, you'll also receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment.

Within the European Union (EU):

No additional customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within the EU, as we dispatch all orders from Sweden, an EU member state. VAT is already included in our product prices and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

United States:

We've got you covered! When you choose Express Shipping – Tracked – All Duties Paid (PDDP), we take care of the customs duties and import charges for you, so your order can arrive without any unexpected import fees.

Please note that import duties and charges are not included with DHL Express shipping.

Rest of the world:

For destinations outside the EU and the United States, we do not prepay customs duties, VAT, or other import charges. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay additional fees when your parcel arrives.

Yes! We cover the customs duties and import charges on US orders when you select Express Shipping – Tracked – All Duties Paid (PDDP) at checkout.

PDDP stands for Postal Delivered Duties Paid, meaning we take care of the applicable import charges so your parcel can reach you without additional customs fees.

Please note that this service applies only to our PDDP shipping option. Unfortunately, customs duties and import charges are not included when you choose DHL Express.

When you select Express Shipping – Tracked – All Duties Paid (PDDP), we cover the applicable customs duties and import charges on your behalf.

That means you can look forward to receiving your new watch straps without having to worry about additional import fees upon delivery.

For orders delivered within the European Union (EU), VAT is already included in the product price and will be clearly specified at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is not included in our product prices. Depending on your destination country's regulations, local taxes or import charges may apply.

If you refuse to pay the customs duties or import charges required by your country, your parcel may be returned to us or, in some cases, destroyed by customs authorities.

If your parcel is returned to our warehouse in Sweden, we can issue a refund for the remaining order value after deducting the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges.

Please note that this also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping. Although you weren't charged for shipping at checkout, we still paid the carrier to send your parcel, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, the cost of returning a parcel may exceed the value of the products inside. Unfortunately, when this happens, we may not be able to arrange or authorize a return shipment.

We always recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you're unsure about possible customs charges.

To find the right strap width, measure the distance between the two lugs (the small arms where the strap attaches to your watch) in millimeters. This measurement is called the lug width and tells you whether your watch needs an 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, or another strap size.

For the most accurate measurement, use a ruler with millimeter markings or a digital caliper, measuring from the inside edge of one lug to the inside edge of the other.

You can also check the underside of your current strap or look up your watch model's specifications.

The right strap length depends mainly on your wrist circumference, the size of your watch, and how you prefer your strap to fit.

A larger wrist generally needs a longer strap, while a smaller wrist may be more comfortable with a shorter one. The size of your watch case also matters, as a larger watch takes up more space around your wrist, leaving less distance for the strap to cover.

For two-piece straps, check the lengths of both strap sections in the product description and compare them with a strap that already fits you well.

For nylon straps and other one-piece straps, remember that the strap also passes underneath your watch, so the overall length needs to account for that extra material.

If you're unsure, measure your wrist and compare it with the dimensions listed on the product page.

It's easy! All you need is a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string.

Wrap it comfortably around your wrist, exactly where you normally wear your watch. The tape or string should sit snugly against your skin without being too tight.

If you're using string, mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.

That's your wrist circumference! You can now use this measurement to help choose the right strap length.

Our standard straight-end straps are designed to fit classical watches with standard spring-bar attachments, as long as you choose the correct lug width and the watch has sufficient clearance for the strap.

Some watches have integrated bracelets, proprietary strap attachments, or unusual case designs that require model-specific straps or special adapters. Like G-Shock and Audemars Piguet for example.

If you're unsure whether one of our straps will fit your watch, feel free to contact us with your watch's brand and model. We'll be happy to help you figure it out!

Many of our standard watch straps can be used with an Apple Watch or other smartwatch when paired with a suitable strap adapter.

Apple Watches use a special sliding attachment system rather than traditional watch lugs, so you'll need an adapter that fits your specific Apple Watch case size and the width of your chosen strap.

The adapter slides into your Apple Watch and provides standard spring-bar attachment points, allowing you to fit a conventional watch strap.

Please make sure the strap width matches your watch adapter lug width before ordering.

No problem! We offer watch straps in widths ranging from 16mm to 24mm, including less common sizes such as 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 23mm.

These odd-numbered sizes can be harder to find, but choosing the correct width is important for a secure and comfortable fit.

We recommend matching your strap width to your watch's exact lug width rather than forcing a wider strap into place or using one that's too narrow.

Watch straps often taper, meaning they're wider where they attach to the watch and narrower at the buckle.

For example, a strap listed as 20mm is 20mm wide at the watch lugs but may be narrower at the buckle. The buckle end is typically 2–4mm narrower than the lug width, and you'll find the exact measurements in the product description.

If you're planning to reuse your watch's original buckle or replace it with another one, make sure the buckle width matches the strap's width at the buckle end.

Yes! Our leather straps are made from genuine, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, primarily calfskin, along with selected goat, ostrich, and shark leather styles.

Full-grain leather retains its natural texture and markings, making each strap slightly unique. Many leather straps also develop a beautiful patina over time.

It depends on the material:

• Leather and suede: Not waterproof and best kept dry.
• Nylon, elastic nylon, and Perlon: Water-resistant and suitable for swimming. Allow them to dry thoroughly afterward.
• Canvas and sailcloth: Can handle some moisture, but our styles feature leather backings and should not be worn while swimming or showering.
• FKM rubber, TPU, and silicone: Our best choices for swimming, sports, and frequent water exposure.
• Hybrid straps: Water resistance depends on the materials used. Straps with leather details, leather surfaces, or leather backings should not be worn while swimming or showering.

For regular water activities, we recommend FKM rubber, TPU, or silicone straps.

FKM rubber, TPU, silicone, and all nylon straps are suitable for swimming, provided your watch is water-resistant too.

After exposure to salt water or chlorine, rinse your strap with fresh water and let it air-dry. Avoid swimming or showering with leather, suede, or any straps featuring leather details or backings, as water can damage the material.

We also recommend avoiding hot showers, soap, and shampoo, which may affect certain materials and finishes.

Some straps include spring bars, while others don't.

If spring bars are included, this will be stated in the product description and shown in the product images.

Quick-release spring bars have a small built-in lever that lets you attach or remove your strap without a traditional spring-bar tool.

Simply slide the lever inward to release the spring bar. Always check that both ends are securely seated before wearing your watch.

Yes! Many of our straps have removable buckles that can be replaced using a spring-bar tool.

Just make sure the replacement buckle matches the buckle-end width, which is often 2–4mm narrower than the strap's lug width.

We also offer gold-tone and black PVD replacement buckles in our Watch Necessities category.

Our buckles are made from 304L stainless steel, with a PVD coating on our gold-tone and black versions.

304L stainless steel contains nickel, which helps improve the steel's corrosion resistance and durability. The nickel is bound within the metal alloy, resulting in generally low nickel release.

Most people can wear our buckles without any issues. However, because individual sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that they are suitable for everyone with a nickel allergy.

All our product photos with white backgrounds are taken in natural daylight to represent the colors as accurately as possible.

However, screen brightness, display settings, and lighting can affect how colors appear. Natural materials, especially leather, may also vary slightly in color and texture and develop a patina over time.

We restock our collections approximately 2–4 times per month, although availability varies by model, color, and size.

Changing your watch strap is easier than you might think!

Place your watch on a soft surface to protect it from scratches. If your strap uses traditional spring bars, use a spring-bar tool to compress the pins and carefully remove the old strap.

For quick-release straps, simply slide the small lever on the underside of the strap to release the spring bar. No tools needed!

Attach your new strap and gently pull on both ends to make sure everything is securely fitted.

Our Nylon straps and other single-pass straps are designed to thread underneath your watch, making them easy to install.

1. Remove your existing strap, leaving the spring bars securely attached to the watch.
2. With the watch face up, thread the long end of your nylon strap through the upper spring bar, pass it behind the watch case, and bring it out through the lower spring bar.
3. If your strap has an additional keeper section, thread the long end through its metal keeper.
4. Adjust the watch's position, fasten the buckle, and tuck any excess strap through the keepers.

Make sure the strap lies flat and both spring bars are securely fitted before wearing your watch.

A two-piece watch strap has a separate buckle section and a longer section with adjustment holes.

1. Place your watch face down on a soft surface.
2. Position the short buckle section at 12 o'clock and the longer section at 6 o'clock.
3. Insert the spring bar into the strap, place one end into the lug hole, and compress the other end using a spring-bar tool or quick-release lever.
4. Release the spring bar into the opposite lug hole and repeat for the second section.
5. Gently pull both strap sections to make sure they're securely attached.

Quick-release spring bars let you change your watch strap without a traditional spring-bar tool.

1. Insert one end of the spring bar into the watch's lug hole.
2. Slide the small lever inward to retract the other end.
3. Position the strap between the lugs and release the lever, allowing the spring bar to snap into place.
4. Repeat on the other side and gently pull the strap to check that both ends are securely seated.

To remove the strap, simply slide the lever inward again and carefully lift the strap away from the watch.

The best cleaning method depends on the material:

• Leather and suede: Wipe smooth leather gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally. Use a suitable leather conditioner occasionally if needed. For suede, use a suede brush or a dedicated suede cleaner. Never soak leather or use harsh cleaning products.
• Nylon and fabric: Hand-wash nylon, Perlon, and elastic nylon with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and let them air-dry. For canvas, sailcloth, and hybrid straps with leather backings or details, use a lightly damp cloth instead of soaking them.
• FKM rubber, TPU, and silicone: Wash with lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.

Whenever possible, always remove the strap from your watch before cleaning it.

A little care goes a long way!

Rotate between different straps to give them time to dry and recover between wears. Choose rubber or nylon for swimming, sports, and other activities involving water or sweat, and keep leather straps as dry as possible.

Clean your straps regularly using the appropriate method for each material, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, and harsh chemicals.

Finally, always make sure your spring bars and buckles are securely attached and replace any worn or damaged parts.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your watch strap must be unused, never mounted on a watch, and in its original, resalable condition.

This means the strap should be free from scratches, creases, marks, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear or handling that could affect its condition.

Please return the strap with protective, padded packaging and any included accessories, such as spring bars, buckles, and loops.

We kindly ask that you handle the strap with care when inspecting it. Even briefly mounting a leather strap can leave visible marks or creases, making it impossible for us to sell it as new.

Our goal is simple: every customer should receive a beautiful, brand-new strap, just as you would expect when placing your own order!

Customers cover the cost of return shipping.

When sending your return, please make sure your shipping carrier declares the parcel as returned goods. This is important to help avoid unnecessary import duties or customs charges when the parcel arrives back in Sweden.

Any additional import duties or customs fees resulting from an incorrectly declared return shipment will need to be covered by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for returns.

Even when your order qualifies for free shipping, CNS covers the actual shipping, handling, and applicable import duty costs on your behalf. These expenses cannot be recovered when an order is returned.

For voluntary returns, any applicable non-refundable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

If you've received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue appropriately.

Once we've received and inspected your returned items, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase, unless you'd prefer to receive a CNS gift card instead.

• Leather straps: 300 pieces
• Nylon and fabric straps: 400 pieces
• Rubber straps: 500 pieces

Please note that an additional mold fee may apply, depending on the design and production requirements.
